Recipe Ingredients
- 175g soft margarine
- 225g caster sugar
- 350g self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 100g plain chocolate chips
Recipe Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
2. Lightly grease 3 baking trays.
3. Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly until a smooth biscuit dough is formed.
4. Place big spoonfuls of the mixture well apart on the prepared baking trays (about 24) and flatten slightly.
5. Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and just firm to touch.
6. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
