How to cook Blueberry and Raspberry Muffins




Recipe Ingredients

  • 9oz Self-raising flour
  • 4oz Caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Over ripe bananas
  • 8fl oz Milk
  • 3fl oz Vegetable oil
  • 2oz Blueberries
  • 2oz Raspberries

Recipe Instructions

Mix all the wet ingredients together (including the fruit) and put aside. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, don't worry about the lumps. Put in greased muffins tin. Makes 12 muffins.
