Crispy pork loins

Recipe Ingredients
- 4 Pork loin steaks
- Half a pack sage and onion stuffing mix
- Pinch salt and pepper
- Tbsp olive oil
Recipe Instructions
1. Trim off any excessive fat from loin steaks.
2. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil onto each steak.
3. Season with salt and pepper and dip both sides into the stuffing mix.
4. Oven bake at gas mark 6 (200) for 25 minutes until stuffing mix is crispy.
5. Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
