Leak, Pea and Ham Pasta

Recipe Ingredients
- 300g spaghetti
- 175g Frozen peas
- 25g butter
- 1 large leek
- 4 eggs
- 140g smoked ham or smoked bacon
- 85g cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe Instructions
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. Add peas in the final 3 mins.
2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small pan, slice the leeks and cook for aprox 3 mins, until the leeks are soft.
3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti and return to the pan. Tip in the leeks, eggs, ham and cheese. Mix well and serve.
