Recipe Ingredients
- 100g soft margarine
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
Recipe Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2. Place about 18 paper cake cases in bun tins.
3. Measure all the ingredients into a large bowl and beat well for about 3 minutes until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
4. Half fill the paper cases with the mixture.
5. Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the case are well risen and golden brown.
6. Lift the cakes out of the bun tins and cool on a wire rack.
