Recipe Ingredients
- 100g soft margarine
- 50g caster sugar
- 120g self raising flour
- 15g cocoa
Recipe Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
2. Lightly grease 2 baking trays.
3. Place the margarine into a bowl and soften with a wooden spoon.
4. Gradually beat in the sugar and then mix in the flour and cocoa.
5. Using your hands bring the mixture together to form a dough.
6. Form the dough into balls (16) and place well apart on the prepared baking trays.
7. Flatten slightly.
8. Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 15-20 minutes until browned.
9. Lift off the baking trays and leave to cool on a wire rack.
