Glazed Turkey Roll

Recipe Ingredients
- 900g boned turkey shoulder
- 2 tbsp ready-made English mustard
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- pinch of ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- grilled tomato halves, to serve
Recipe Instructions
- Roll up the turkey Swiss roll fashion and tie securely together with trussing string.
- Mix together the mustard, oil, sugar, wine vinegar, ground cloves and chilli powder.
- Grill the turkey roll on the barbecye for 35-40 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with the flavoured oil.
- Transfer the turkey roll to a carving dish and remove the trussing string. Carve the turkey roll into thick slices and serve with grilled tomato halves.
