Recipe Ingredients
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 6 oz tuna
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Recipe Instructions
In a sauce pan, sautee onions and butter. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in tuna, 1/2 cup potato chips and pepper. Pour into two greased 8-oz baking dishes. Sprinkle w/ remaining chips. Baked uncovered @ 350 degrees for 20 - 25 min.
