Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 Tbls milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tubes buttermilk biscuits
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- chopped pecans
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 can (1 lb ) pumpkin
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 2 tsp soda
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
Recipe Instructions
Bring brown sugar, butter, and milk to boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Put half of this mixture in the bottom of a Bundt pan and enough pecans to cover bottom. Roll each biscuit in cinnamon-sugar mixture (1/2 cup sugar plus 2 teaspoons cinnamon) and stand up in pan. Sprinkle leftover cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Add the rest of the caramel mixture on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Flip out on to plate.
