STEAMED LEMON CHICKEN

Recipe Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast/tenderloin

Recipe Instructions

Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil (or any oil really),when hot,put in your chicken breast or tenderloins and quickly seal off meat.Take chicken out once sealed and place into alfoil bags (prepare before cooking),placing a each serving onto its own alfoil.Slice approx 3 lemons for a serving of 3-4,and place the lemon slices on top of the chicken.Season with salt and pepper to taste and wrap up the chicken in the alfoil.Place on a baking dish in the oven and bake at 180c for approx 15-18 minutes.
Serve with your favorite steamed vegies and mash.
When plating your chicken up,pour all the juices over the chicken once on the plate...yummy.
