Smoked salmon and parsley tagliatelle

Recipe Ingredients
- 200g smoked salmon
- 200g closed cup mushrooms
- 30g curled leaf parsley
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 250ml creme fraiche
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 700g fresh tagliatelle
Recipe Instructions
1. Quarter the mushroom and fry in the olive oil for 3 minutes
2. Chop the salmon into small pieces and add to the mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes, until the salmon is cooked
3. Add the tagliatelle to boiling water and cook for 3 minutes
4. Add the creme fraiche and lemon juice to the mushrooms and salmon and keep on the low heat.
5. Finely chop the parsley and add to the salmon
6. Mix in the cooked tagliatelle and serve.
